4. Data Relay and Encryption
All communication between your devices and our relay servers is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS / WSS). Our relay servers forward message bytes between your paired devices but do not inspect, store, or analyze message content. Conversation data is stored locally on your devices.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:

Apple Sign In and Google Sign In for authentication

Alibaba Cloud for server infrastructure and SMS delivery
•
Push notification services provided by Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM)
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@shennian.ai. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
